Trenton Man Charged With Felony Pair in Alleged Stabbing

A Trenton man faces two felony charges in Grundy County Court.

Court documents say Jose Eduardo Morales Valencia faces felony charges of first-degree assault and armed criminal action.

Records list both charges from January 27.

A probable cause statement accuses Morales Valencia of repeatedly stabbing someone with a pair of scissors.

The court denied Morales Valencia’s bond.

He will make an initial court appearance today.
