Trenton Man Pleads ‘Not Guilty’ to Five November Charges in Daviess County

A Trenton man has entered a ‘not guilty’ plea to a handful of November charges in Daviess County Court.

Court documents say Jamie L. Wilson faces a felony charges of possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid and first-degree endangering the welfare of a child.

Wilson also faces misdemeanor charges of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, cutting in on an overtaken vehicle, and operating a motor vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility.

Records list those charges from November 1.

Wilson waived a formal arraignment and entered his not guilty plea Wednesday.

He is next set to appear in court January 15 at 9:00 a.m. for a plea/trial setting.
