Trenton Man Pleads Not Guilty to Six Drug & Driving Charges in Grundy County Court

A Trenton man faces six drug and driving charges in Grundy County.

Court documents say Patrick Michael Graves faces a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance except for 35 grams or less of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid.

Graves also faces misdemeanors for possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a motorcycle without a valid license, operating a motor vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility, and failure to signal.

Records list all of those charges from Monday.

The court set Graves’ bond at 15-thousand dollars cash only.

Graves entered a not guilty plea Wednesday.

He is next due in court on April 22 at 9:00 a.m.
