Tri-County Health Reports New COVID Numbers

The Tri-County Health Department based in Stanberry this (Thursday) morning has released new COVID-19 numbers for the three county area, with small increases in cases in two counties, but most importantly no new deaths.

Numbers for DeKalb County show 12 more total cases since the last report October 1, but just three more active cases at 29 and still just 26 deaths.

In Gentry County the latest numbers show nine more cases, with the total at 1130 since the pandemic began but two fewer active cases with just 24. In Worth County they show 291 total cases, up three, and five active cases, an increase of two.

A total of 15 of the active cases between the three counties are among those that are vaccinated.
