Trial Set for Man Accused of Possession of Child Porn in Linn County

A trial has been set in Linn County for a man accused of having pornographic images of children.
Court documents say that James D. Jackson waived a preliminary hearing and a trial has been set for June 8, 2021, in Division I of Linn County Court.
Jackson is charged with two counts of the sexual exploitation of a minor and over thirty counts of possession of child pornography.
