Trimble Resident Facing a Plethora of Felonies Following Tuesday Arrest in Clinton County

A Trimble resident facing a plethora of felonies following an arrest in Clinton County Tuesday.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports at 5:17 P.M. they arrested 20-year-old Daniel J. Fitzpatrick, who faces four separate charges for felony possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana. Fitzpatrick is accused of possessing 1 pound of marijauna, LSD, psilocybin mushrooms, and THC in the forms of edibles, shatter, and extracts. He was also cited for unlawful possession of a firearm.

Fitzpatrick was booked into the Clinton County Sherriff’s office on a 24 hour hold.
