Four area residents were arrested Thursday morning in Ray County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 22-year-old Excelsior Springs resident Zoe R. Wynn, 29-year-old Richmond resident Emmanuel C. Smith, 25-year-old Richmond resident Danielle N. Shelton, and 29-year-old Richmond resident Andrew M. Seabaugh at 7:11 Thursday morning.

Wynn was arrested on preliminary charges of felony possession of heroin and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

She also had two outstanding felony warrants from Ray County and Clay County.

Wynn was taken to the Ray County Jail to be held without bond.

Smith faces preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, and exceeding the posted speed limit.

He was taken to the Ray County Jail and later released.

Shelton was arrested on a felony Ray County warrant.

She was taken to the Ray County Jail to be held without bond.

Seabaugh was arrested on warrants from Ray County and Lathrop Police.

He was taken to the Ray County Jail to await bond.
