Troop H Announces Thanksgiving Numbers

Troop H of the Missouri State Highway Patrol has announced the Troop’s Thanksgiving Holiday Counting period totals.

The counting period for 2020 ran from 6 PM Wednesday, November 25 through midnight Sunday, November 29.

Over the 2020 Thanksgiving Holiday counting period Troop H investigated 13 traffic crashes with two injuries and one fatality. That fatality involved 31-year-old Cameron resident Creighton J. Russell, who was ejected from his vehicle Wednesday night and then hit by a semi tractor-trailer.

Troop H Troopers say they arrested seven impaired drivers and made six drug arrests during the counting period.
