Troop H Cracking Down On Seat Belt Use

Troop H of the Highway Patrol is getting serious on seat belt use enforcement.
Troopers in northwest Missouri conducted a “Click It Or Ticket” enforcement operation on Monday of this week in Andrew and Buchanan Counties and have announced plans for a similar operation in Clinton and Caldwell Counties.
On Monday Troopers in Andrew and Buchanan Counties issued 23 traffic citations, gave 53 warnings and made two drug arrests.
The next “Click It Or Ticket” operation will be conducted Friday, September 24 in Clinton and Caldwell Counties. During the operation Troopers will enforce all traffic violations with an emphasis on seat belt violations.
