Troop H Makes Two Arrests Monday

Monday was fairly quiet for Troopers with Troop H of the Highway Patrol, as they made just two arrests during the course of the day.

The first arrest came at 11:35 A.M. when Troopers arrested 39-year-old St. Joseph resident Andrew S. Wright for driving while intoxicated via drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Wright was booked into the Buchanan County law Enforcement Center on a 24-hour hold.

Later Monday night at 10:54 P.M. Troopers arrested 24-year-old Florissant, Missouri resident Andre D. Thomas in Daviess County for driving while suspended or revoked as a third or subsequent offense, not having insurance, and failing to register a motor vehicle.

Thomas was booked into the Daviess-Dekalb Regional Jail on a 24-hour hold.
