Troop H Makes Two Arrests Tuesday In St. Joseph Area

Troop H of the Highway Patrol reports making just two arrests Tuesday, both in the mid day and in Buchanan County.

The first came at 12:55 P.M. when Troopers arrested 18-year-old Savannah resident Mercedez A. Harrison for driving while intoxicated via drugs and cited her for speeding.

Harrison was booked into the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center on a 24-hour hold.

The second arrest came at 12:59 P.M. when Troopers arrested 35-year-old St. Joseph resident Felicia L. Campbell on a St. Joseph Police warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Campbell was also booked into the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center to await bond.
