Troop H Reports Three Warrant Arrests Wednesday

Troop H of the Highway Patrol reports making three separate arrests for outstanding warrants Wednesday around northwest Missouri.

The first of the warrant arrests came at 1:31 P.M. in Daviess County as troopers arrested 39-year-old Kansas City, Kansas resident Omar Garcia-Mendez on an outstanding Platte County misdemeanor warrant for failing to register a motor vehicle.

Garcia-Mendez was booked into the Daviess-DeKalb Regional Jail to await bond.

The second warrant arrest was at 2:41 P.M. in Andrew County when troopers arrested 40-year-old St. Joseph resident Sara J. Donaldson on a misdemeanor warrant from the St. Joseph Police for driving while revoked or suspended, and new charges of driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked, not having valid plates, and not wearing a seat belt.

She was booked into the Buchanan County Sheriff’s Department to await bond.

The final warrant arrest Wednesday came at 11:42 P.M. in Buchanan County as troopers arrested 27-year-old St. Joseph resident Jerri J. Morgan on a misdemeanor warrant from St. Joseph Police for driving while revoked or suspended.

She was booked into the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center to await bond.
