Troop H Reports Two Arrests Over The Weekend

Troopers with Troop H of the Highway Patrol were able to make a pair of arrests on individuals over the weekend.

The first came early Saturday at 12:01 A.M. with the arrest of 29-year-old Kansas city resident Kenya S. Fair Graham in Daviess County on a pair of Foristell Police warrants for failing to appear, one on a speeding charge and the other on a charge of driving while suspended or revoked, and a new charge of operating a vehicle on a highway without a valid license.

She was reportedly released from custody.

The second arrest came just before 10 A.M. Sunday with the arrest of 28-year-old Lawrence, Kansas resident Tyisha N. Clemons for felony tampering with a motor vehicle.

Clemons was booked in the Daviess DeKalb Regional Jail on a 24-hour hold.
