Troopers Arrest Independence Woman Late Monday in Clinton County

Troopers report the arrest of an Independence woman late Monday in Clinton County on a driving charge.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 31-year-old Megan E. De Lap at 11:26 Monday evening on a preliminary charge of driving while intoxicated via drugs.
Authorities booked De Lap into the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office on a 12-hour hold.
