Troopers Arrest Iowa Man on Felony Warrant Saturday in Daviess County

An Iowa man was arrested on a felony warrant, and two charges, Saturday in Daviess County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 48-year-old Heriberto Pereda-Lopez was arrested on preliminary charges speeding and not having a valid driver’s license.

Pereda-Lopez also had a felony warrant from the Geary County Kansas Sheriff’s Office for a probation violation on a methamphetamine possession charge.

He was taken to the Daviess-Dekalb Regional Jail to await bond.
