Troopers Arrest Kansas City Man on Driving Trio Tuesday Night in Caldwell County

Troopers report the arrest of a Kansas City man late Tuesday night in Caldwell County on three driving charges.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 45-year-old Heber D. Aquino on preliminary charges of driving while intoxicated, speeding, and not wearing a seat belt.
Authorities booked Aquino into the Caldwell County Detention Center on a 24-hour hold.
