Troopers Arrest Kansas City Woman on Driving Charges Saturday in Caldwell County

Troopers report the arrest of a Kansas City woman Saturday in Caldwell County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 23-year-old Emmalee R. Ground on preliminary charges of speeding, not having a valid operator’s license, and driving while intoxicated as a prior offender – second offense.
Authorities booked Ground into the Caldwell County Detention Center on a 24-hour hold.
