Troopers Arrest Minnesota Resident in Daviess County For Felony Tampering

Troopers report the arrest of a Claremont, Minnesota resident on a felony driving charge early Monday in Daviess County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 43-year-old Cathrine J. Ryan on a preliminary charge of felony tampering with a motor vehicle.
Authorities booked Ryan into the Daviess-DeKalb Regional Jail on a 24-hour hold.
