Troopers Arrest Richmond Woman on Drug & Driving Pair Late Wednesday

Troopers report the arrest of a Richmond woman late Wednesday night in Ray County on a pair of drug and driving charges.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 29-year-old Katelyn R. Oyler on preliminary charges of felony possession of a controlled substance of prescription pills and driving while intoxicated with a child under 17 in the vehicle.
Authorities later released Oyler from the Ray County Jail.
