Troopers Arrest St. Joseph Man on Drug & Driving Pair Wednesday

A Saint Joseph man was arrested on drug and driving charges Wednesday night in Buchanan County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 47-year-old Ricky A. Snedden was arrested on preliminary charges of first-degree tampering with a motor vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Snedden was taken to the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center and booked on a 24-hour hold.
