Troopers Arrest St. Joseph Man on Multiple Driving Charges & Warrant Wednesday

Troopers report the arrest of a Saint Joseph man on multiple driving charges and a warrant Wednesday morning in Buchanan County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 33-year-old Kevin M. Derr around 9:58 Wednesday morning on preliminary charges of speeding, failure to display valid registration, driving while intoxicated via drugs, and operating a motor vehicle on a highway without a valid license – a third offense.
Authorities say Derr also had an outstanding warrant from Saint Joseph Police for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while revoked or suspended.
Troopers booked Derr into the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center on a 24-hour hold.
