Troopers Arrest St. Joseph Woman on Four Charges Tuesday

Troopers report the arrest of a Saint Joseph woman Tuesday afternoon in Buchanan County on four charges.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 32-year-old T’era R. Pennell on preliminary charges of resisting – creating a substantial risk of serious injury or death, driving while intoxicated via drugs, failure to signal, and failure to stop at a stop sign.
Authorities booked Pennell into the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center on a 24-hour hold.
