Troopers Make Three Separate Warrant Arrests Tuesday
Missouri State Highway Patrol Troopers with Troop H made three separate warrant arrests Tuesday around the area.
The first came early Tuesday morning at 2:14 A.M. when they arrested 34-year-old Kevin A. Tuttle of Creston, Iowa for a pair of misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear on a charge of operating a motor vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility. One out of Worth County the other out of Nodaway County.
Tuttle was booked into the Harrison County Law Enforcement Center to await bond.
The second warrant arrest came at 9 A.M. in Andrew County when 36-year-old St. Joseph resident Ernest F. Mitchell was arrested for a misdemeanor warrant for failing to register a motor vehicle.
Mitchell was booked into the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center to await bond.
The final warrant arrest came at 12:13 P.M. in Mercer County with the arrest of 36-year-old Schuylar, Nebraska resident Steve Hernandez on a Sullivan County misdemeanor warrant for driving while intoxicated and new charges of speeding and driving while suspended as a first offense.
Hernandez was booked into the Mercer County Sheriff’s office to await bond.
