Two Area Residents Receives Governor Appointment To County Jobs

Two Area residents have been appointed to County level jobs by Governor Mike Parsons.

As of September 1 the Governor appointed Dennis Hicks of Chillicothe as Eastern District Commissioner of Livingston County and Rochelle Moore, of Rock Port, as the Atchison County Assessor.

Hicks is owner and operator of Hicks Hometown Drive-In and serves as a board member of Chillicothe Development Inc. He previously served as construction superintendent for North Missouri Construction. He is a life-long farmer and resident of Livingston County.

Moore has served as chief deputy collector for Atchison County since 2016. She previously served as a loan secretary for Citizens Bank and Trust.
