Two Chillicothe Men on Livingston County’s Most Wanted List

The Livingston County Sheriff’s office is looking for two men on their most wanted list.


The first is 38-year-old Eric W. Suddith of Chillicothe. Suddith is charged with alleged unclassified felony Sodomy or Attempt-1st degree, unclassified felony Statutory Sodomy or Attempt-Deviate Sexual Intercourse-Person less than 12 years of age, class B felony Child Molestation-2nd degree-child less than 12 years of age, unclassified felony Statutory Sodomy or Attempt-Deviate Sexual Intercourse-Person less than 12 years of age, class B felony Child Molestation-2nd degree-person less than 12 years of age, class D felony Abuse/Neglect of a Child, class C misdemeanor Assault-4th degree, unclassified felony Enticement or Attempted Enticement of a Child (actor 21 or old and child 15 or younger), class D felony Abuse or Neglect of a Child, and class C misdemeanor Assault-4th degree.

Bond has been set at $250,000 cash.


The other man is 21-year-old Brandon Lloyd Calvin of Chillicothe.

He is charged with Alleged Failure to Appear in Court on original class E felony Domestic Assault-3rd degree. Calvin was arrested on 12-31-2020 and released on bond on this warrant on January 06, 2021, and has since allegedly failed to appear in Court.

Bond set at $10,000 cash.
