Two Ejected From Amish Buggy in Nodaway County Crash This Morning

Two Stanberry residents suffered injuries in a Nodaway County crash this morning.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the accident occurred around 7:47 this morning on U.S. 136, a half mile north of Conception Junction, as 54-year-old Maryville resident Richard H. Leach-Steffens drove southbound.
Troopers say Leach-Steffens failed to observe a southbound Amish buggy and struck it in the rear, ejecting two in the process.
Authorities say the driver of the buggy, 28-year-old David Yoder, suffered moderate injuries.
A passenger, 23-year-old Willis Yoder, also suffered moderate injuries.
Both men sought treatment at Mosaic in Maryville.
