Two Excelsior Sprigs Residents Arrested on Drug Charges

Two Excelsior Sprigs residents are facing felony level drug possession charges after being arrested Monday night in Clay County.

Troop A of the Missouri State Highway Patrol says Excelsior Springs residents 24-year-old Rachel A Moore and 47-year-old Jason L. Clark were each arrested Monday evening. Clark’s arrest is listed at 7:32 P.M. while Moore’s arrest is reported at 7:46 P.M.

Both individuals are charged with felony possession of a controlled substance. Moore was also found to be wanted on a misdemeanor warrant out of the Clay County Sheriff’s Office.

Clark was booked into the Clay County Jail and released from custody. Moore was also booked into the Clay County Jail but was being held to await bond.
