Two Free Hunter Education Skills Classes Coming to Northwest Missouri

The Missouri Department of Conservation will host two hunter-education skills sessions in Northwest Missouri over the coming weeks.

The first will be in Trenton on Thursday, March 30, at the North Central Missouri College Barton Campus from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m.

The second is in Chillicothe on Thursday, April 13, at the Cornerstone Church Event Center from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m.

These sessions will teach and test participants for safe firearms handling and basic hunting skills.

Participants will earn the safety certificate needed to obtain hunting permits.

The skills sessions classes are for students ages 11 and older.
