Two Frieghtliners Collide East of Stewartsville

Two Freightliners were involved in a crash east of Stewartsville.
The Missouri Highway Patrol reports that both drivers suffered minor injuries in the accident on US-36 Highway at 11:18 am Monday.
The drivers, 26-year-old Trevon D. Cruse of St. Joseph and 29-year-old Adrian A. Homack of Buckeye, Arizona had been driving west on the highway when Cruse began to slow down for another vehicle that was making a turn. Homack’s vehicle struck the towed unit of Cruse’s vehicle.
Cruse was treated at the scene while Homack was taken to Mosaic in St. Joseph.
