Two From Des Moines Arrested on Felony Drug Charges in Harrison County Tuesday

(HARRISON COUNTY, MO) – Two Des Moines, Iowa residents were arrested on felony drug charges in Harrison County Tuesday

Shortly after 5:30 P.M. the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 34-year-old Stephan G. Alsip and 29-year-old Kayley C. Duckworth.

Alsip is facing charges of felony possession of a controlled substance, being a fugitive from out of state, exceeding the posted speed limit, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to display valid plates, and no seat belt.

He was booked into the Harrison County Sherriff’s Department where he is being held with no bond set.

Duckworth is facing charges of felony possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and no seat belt.

She was booked into the Harrison County Sherriff’s Department on a 24-hour hold.
