Two Individuals Injured in Tuesday Evening Accident South of St. Joseph

Two individuals were injured in a Tuesday evening accident five miles south of St. Joseph.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that at 7:18 P.M. they responded to an accident on Bluff Road North of Contrary Lake, that occurred as 43-year-old Catherine M. Jacobs of Savannah was driving on the right shoulder of Northbound Bluff Road and 63-year-old David A. Kretzer of St. Joseph was heading southbound when Kretzer’s vehicle crossed the center line and traveled off of the east side of the road and struck Jacobs’ vehicle head on.
Both were transported to Mosaic Life Care, Jacobs for minor injuries, and Kretzer for serious injuries.
