Two Injured in Caldwell County Crash Sunday

Two suffered injuries in a Caldwell County crash Sunday afternoon.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the accident occurred around 2:20 Sunday afternoon on U.S. 36, five miles east of Cameron, as 22-year-old Cameron resident Sagan H. Day drove southbound.
Troopers say Day crossed U.S. 36 and pulled into the path of a westbound vehicle driven by 67-year-old Kansas City resident Valerie L. Linnenburger.
Day suffered minor injuries and refused treatment at the scene.
Linnenburger suffered moderate injuries and sought treatment at Liberty Hospital.
Authorities say both wore seat belts at the time of the crash.
