Two Injured In Mercer County Accident

Two were injured following a golf cart accident in Mercer County late Sunday evening.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports 36 year old Nicholas Robbins of Milo, Iowa was operating a golf cart on Atlantic Avenue, 3 miles southwest of Mercer, late Sunday evening and lost control of the cart on loose gravel. The golf cart overturned. 40 year old Danielle Robbins was also in the golf cart. Both of the occupants were thrown from the vehicle.

Both of the occupants were taken to Decatur County Hospital with minor injuries.

The accident took place just after 10:30pm Sunday evening.
