Two Injured in Three Vehicle Crash South of St. Joseph

Two people were injured south of St. Joe when three vehicles were involved in a crash Wednesday evening.
The Missouri Highway Patrol reports 80-year-old Doris J. Bunton and 60-year-old Darren L. Dickie both of St. Joseph, were sitting in separate vehicles at a traffic light on northbound Route A.
Just before 6 pm, an unnamed 16-year-old driver from Agency struck the rear of Bunton’s vehicle propelling it forward into Dickie’s vehicle.
Bunton suffered moderate injuries and was taken to Mosaic Life Care by Buchanan County EMS. The teen driver suffered a minor injury and was taken by private vehicle to Mosaic.
