Two Seriously Injured In Galt Accident

Two were seriously hurt in a one vehicle accident at the west city limits of Galt Tuesday afternoon.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports 31 year old Travis Vasey of Trenton was westbound on Missouri Highway 6 and went off the side of the roadway with a vehicle that eventually hit an embankment, and struck multiple trees.

The vehicle eventually landed on its top in the roadway.

The driver and 26-year-old Dakota Dalton of Humphreys were both seriously injured. Vasey was flown to Truman Medical Center. Dalton was taken to Wright Memorial Hospital.

The accident took place just before 3:30 Tuesday afternoon.
