Two St. Joe Men Arrested On Drug Charges In Bates County

A pair of St. Joseph men were arrested Sunday morning in west central Missouri’s Bates County on felony drug charges.

Troop A of the Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 37-year-old Levi T. Roscoe and 49-year-old Christopher S. Luke, both of St. Joseph, at 9:26 A.M. Sunday.

Both men were arrested on two charges of felony possession of a controlled substance, one for methamphetamine and the other for fentanyl, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Both were also cited for not wearing a seat belt.

Roscoe was also arrested for driving related charges of driving while suspended, failing to display valid plates, and failing to affix a front license plate.

Both men were booked into the Bates County Sheriff’s Department before being released from custody.
