Two St. Joseph Men Arrested For Resisting

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says two St. Joseph men were arrested Wednesday night for resisting arrest.
Troop H reports the arrest of St. Joseph residents 21-year-old Jordan A. Koontz and 34-year-old Scottie R. Briner at 11:26 P.M. Wednesday for resisting arrest. Briner also is facing charges of failing to display valid plates, possessing the plates of another, failing to stop at a stop sign, failing to yield to an emerge vehicle, and not having insurance.
Both men were booked into the Buchanan County law Enforcement Center on 24-hour holds to await formal charges.
