Two Teens Involved in Andrew County Crash on Sunday

ANDREW COUNTY, MO – Two teenagers were involved in a two-vehicle accident in Andrew County Sunday morning.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports a 16-year-old female driver from St. Joseph was westbound on County Road 350 around 6 am when she failed to yield to a vehicle operated by 18-year-old St. Joseph resident Madison Nold, which was southbound on US 169. The 16-year-old pulled into the path of the Nold’s vehicle, which struck the 16-year-old’s vehicle in the passenger door, which then traveled off the roadway and struck a stop sign. Nold’s vehicle traveled off the road and struck a building.

Nold was taken to Mosaic in St. Joseph with moderate injuries.
