Two Texas Men Arrested on Drug Charges in Harrison County

Two Texas men were arrested Sunday morning in Harrison County on drug charges.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 38-year-old Lancaster, Texas resident Clifford D. Spriggs and 34-year-old Tyler, Texas resident Anthony J. Chimney.

Chimney was arrested on preliminary charges of possession of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

Spriggs was also arrested on those two charges and additional charges of felony unlawful possession of a firearm, speeding, and not having a valid driver’s license.

Both men were taken to the Harrison County Law Enforcement Center to await bond.
