Two Warrant Arrests In troop H Thursday

Troopers with Troop H of the Highway Patrol made a pair of warrant arrests Thursday in separate incidents.

The first arrest came at 4:55 P.M. in Holt County when a Trooper arrested 31-year-old Kansas City resident Julio V. Gonzalez Crespo on a misdemeanor Daviess COunty warrant for failing to appear on a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license, and was issued new citations for speeding and driving while revoked.

He was booked into the Holt County Sheriff’s Department to await bond.

Then at 9:40 P.M. a Trooper in Caldwell County arrested 57-year-old Chillicothe resident Debora J. Lamb on an outstanding Clay County misdemeanor warrant for failing to appear on a charge of failing to display valid plates.

She was booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center to await bond.
