U.S. Route 36 ramp closures planned

Another round of ramp closures for U.S. Highway 36 in St. Joseph have been planned for this week.
Local crews from the Missouri Department of Transportation plan to close the westbound on and off ramps at U.S. Route 36 and U.S. Route 169 (Belt Highway) on Wednesday, August 21 for resurfacing. Crews then plan to complete the eastbound ramps on Thursday, August 22. The ramps will close between 7 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. each day, weather permitting.
Motorists will need to use an alternate route during the closure.
