Uninsured Driver Arrested after Accident in Platte County

An uninsured driver was arrested after an accident in Platte County.
The Missouri Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 21-year-old Tabitha R. Hooper of Kansas City at 9:40 pm Monday.
She was arrested on charges of felony resisting arrest by fleeing, speeding, careless and imprudent driving involving a crash, no seat belt, no insurance, and failing to register a motor vehicle.
Hooper was taken to the Platte County Jail for a 24-hour hold pending formal charges.
