Union Star Man Arrested For Child Porn

A Union Star man has been arrested for possession and distribution of child pornography.

Troop H of the Highway Patrol says at 1:53 P.M. Tuesday they arrested 40-year-old Union Star resident Nathan D. Orr on charges of felony possession of child pornography in the form of video, and felony promotion of child pornography – distribution.

Orr was booked into the Daviess-DeKalb Regional Jail on a 24-hour hold. Jail records list him as being held on an investigative hold with no bond amount listed.

Orr was already on the Missouri State Highway Patrol’s sex offender register. According to those records he was convicted in 2020 of being in possession of child porn, as a second or subsequent offense.
