Unionville Woman Killed in Head-on Crash

UNIONVILLE, MO – A head-on collision in Putnam County overnight killed a Unionville woman.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol the accident occurred as the two vehicles met on County Road 175, one mile west of Unionville just before 9 pm.
A pickup truck driven by a 14-year male from Unionville crossed the centerline and struck the vehicle driven by 20-year old Holly Hydorn of Unionville head-on. Hydorn was pronounced dead at the scene. The 14-year old male was taken to Putnam County Memorial Hospital with moderate injuries.
