USDA Loans Coming To Area Businesses

Three area businesses are among those across the nation sharing in more than $1.4-billion in United States Department of Agriculture funding.

The USDA Wednesday announced $1.4 billion in investments to help rural America keep resources and wealth through job training, business expansion and technical assistance. The programs these investments are being made through are part of a suite of business and cooperative services that are projected to help create or save more than 50,000 jobs in rural America through investments made in fiscal year 2021.

In our area Apex Outdoor, LLC. in Gallatin was announced with $422,000 in Business & Industry (B&I) Loan Guarantees.

In Cameron two businesses will receive funds. Chung Development, LLC is receiving $8,321,000 in loans reportedly to expand their operation and offer more services. Wraich, Balwinder Singh, which operates Cameron Oil, is receiving $6,392,000 in loans to make improvements at their location.

The $1.4-billion in funding is going to people and businesses in 49 states, the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.
