Veterans Events Planned for This Month in Milan and Trenton

A number of events to help veterans with their benefits and mental health needs are scheduled this month in Trenton and Milan.

On Friday, January 8 at the Trenton VFW Post #919 a Veterans Service Officer will be on hand from 8 A.M. until 2 P.M. to assist veterans with VA paperwork. Also on Friday a counselor will be on hand from 8 A.M. until 1 P.m. to help with PTSD and readjustment counseling.

On Friday January 15 a similar set of events will be held in Milan at the American legion. That event will run from 9 A.M. until 1 P.M. for both the Veterans Service officer and the counselor.

The final event of the month will be back in Trenton on Friday, January 22 at VFW Post #919 with the Veterans Service Officer again being on hand from 8 A.M. until 2 P.M. and the counselor working 8 A.M. to 1 P.M.

Face masks are required at all of the events.
