This year the Hundley Whaley Research Center in Albany will hold a Virtual Field Day. All of the farms in the MU College of Food and Natural Resources Program will hold virtual field days after last week’s announcement of the Graves-Chapple Farm in-person field day has been changed to a virtual event. The Hundley Whaley Virtual Field Day will be released Tuesday.

Jennifer Miller is the superintendent for the Hundley Whaley Research Farm and says Tuesday’s Virtual Day will include videos on yearly research.

There will be a focus on niche farms.

She says since this is the first year for the virtual format, and a virtual component will likely remain added to future presentations, feedback is very encouraged this year.

The Hundley Whaley Virtual Field Day will go online Tuesday around 8:30am.
