Visibly Intoxicated Underage Driver Arrested in Livingston County

A visibly intoxicated driver who was underage was arrested in Livingston County.
At 1:36 a.m. on Sunday morning, 20-year-old Houston E. Klamert from Atlanta, Missouri was arrested on a Zero Tolerance charge of being a visibly intoxicated minor by the Missouri Highway Patrol.
She was released to a sober driver.
