A man from Excelsior Springs was arrested on a warrant from Clay County according to the Missouri Highway Patrol.
The arrest report says 26-year-old Christopher K. Lynn was taken into custody at 5:47 pm Monday and booked into the Saline County Jail where he is being held on bond.
