Warrant Issued For Polo Man Facing 19 Felony Charges

A warrant has been issued for a Polo man facing 19 felony charges.

Court documents say Jay Curtis Visay Guhlke faces eight felony charges of first-degree promoting child pornography, five felony charges of sexual trafficking of a child under 18 years of age, five felony charges of statutory sodomy, and felony possession of child pornography.

Records list those charges from 2013 to February 2019.

A warrant was issued for Guhlke Wednesday.  Bond was denied.

Guhlke is currently incarcerated in the Daviess-DeKalb Regional Jail on Daviess County charges for promoting and possessing child pornography.  He is scheduled for jury trial on those charges for October 2.
